BSLI equipped with a wide range of press machine ranging from ranging from 35 ton to 300 ton which offer manual, progressive, robotic lines and link motion presses. These were supported by a comprehensive range of secondary processes such as spot welding, degreasing, tapping, riveting, silk screen printing and sub-assembly.

Precision metal products can only produced through a well-designed and fabricated tooling. BSLI offer a combination of various facilities such as the latest CAD/CAM solfware, CNC milling machine, WireCut machine, grinding & lathe machine. Our engineers also frequently collaborate with customers' R&D to enhance product manufacturability and cost competitiveness.

BSLI also presently focusing on assembly services for end products such as camcorder, mini-disc players, microwave oven and air-cons. BSLI assembly services range form simple to complicated. Value-added processes include the purchasing of additional components such as plastic components, springs, wires, rubber componenets and tapes; as well as caulking of metal products before assembly.
