Facilities overview

UFC is well equipped with wide range of machineries for the fabrication of moulds & dies for hot forging inclusive of 3 dimensional moulds.

Our forging facilities range from 150 ton to 600 ton of forging machine with 2 units of 150KVA and 1 units of 300KVA induction furnace.

UFC also provides in-house secondary processes such as drilling, CNC machining, tapping, sand blasting and chemical washing.

As aprt of our R&D, our mould department has introduced the Argon Welding machine for the fabrication of mould & dies. This type of welding mould is more productive, has a longer life span, is very easy to maintain and is very cost effective
